They fight on a rooftop but they are not alone. Noriko arrives too late and faces a tragic situation.

Shinobi Girl's mission is sidetracked when a psychotic copycat fake Shinobi Girl is hired by Ms. Brooks to randomly slaughter innocent citizens in a sick effort turn the tide of public opinion against the real Shinobi Girl. Detective D'Amato and reporter Rachel Rafterson are baffled at the turn of events and a city-wide manhunt is instigated. Meanwhile, the real Shinobi Girl wastes no time in tracking down her insidious impostor.

Meanwhile, reporter Rachel Rafterson goes live on the air with the video evidence that reveals the true identity of Ronald Brooks' killer.
