My Kitchen Rules

Our teams enter Kitchen Headquarters to cook tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. The weakest group from Sunday’s food truck restaurant will face off against each other in a fierce kitchen showdown. Five teams race against the clock in a ‘Chicken or Egg’ challenge; but Pete and Manu have a twist in store. Two teams will be safe – the jury’s choice and the judges choice. The lowest three teams must battle again leaving one team to head straight to the next Sudden Death Cook-Off.
