With five days until the grand opening, everyone is under the gun as Marc and Biana and the 13 new recruits transform ‘Bite Me’—the couple’s existing restaurant—into ‘Conviction’. Can they pull through as a team to make it all work?

After opening weekend, the trainees’ real work begins...Marc tries to teach discipline in the kitchen. The search is on to find the in-house thief.
