Michelin starred chef Michael Caines and culinary legend Prue Leith present a new entertaining series. They will be judging 16 pairs of entrepreneurial and inspired amateur cooks who open their own restaurant at home for one ambitious night, in a bid to scoop the £10,000 prize and the right to say, ‘My Kitchen Rules.’ Tonight ‘Inseparable Sisters’ Thuy and Thu born and bred in Vietnam but living in Birmingham have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges. Their themed restaurant a ‘Spice of Asia’ takes the guest on a culinary journey around Southeast Asia, with their Vietnamese menu of Beef Pho Soup for starter, Spice Infused Duck Breast with Scented Trio of Rice for main and Coconut and Lime Ice Cream with Dragon Fruit dessert, but will their exotic foodie display win the day with their dinner guests?
