S01:E03 - Lower Body Domination Workout
This routine targets all of the muscles of the lower body. This is a standard bodybuilding workout for the legs.
S01:E04 - Full Body Superhero Workout
This routine works the entire body and helps build athletic muscle and strength.
S01:E05 - Knee & Back Friendly Lower Body Workout
This routine is specifically designed to help keep the knees, hips, and lower back safe while still targeting the muscles of the lower body.
