S01:E01 - Core Shredder
This routine has 4 ab wheel exercises performed as a circuit. Do 3 sets for 10 repetitions with 15 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between rounds.
S01:E02 - Lean Legs
This routine has 4 ab wheel exercises performed as a circuit. Do 3 sets for 10 repetitions or a 30-second isometric hold with 15 seconds between exercises
S01:E03 - Upper Body Builder
This routine has 4 ab wheel exercises performed as a circuit. Do 3 sets for 10 repetitions with 15 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between rounds.
S01:E04 - Total Body Toner
This routine has 4 ab wheel exercises performed as a circuit. Do 3 sets for either 10 repetitions, timed sets, or an isometric hold.
