This 30 min full body circuit gets progressively more difficult to keep you engaged and challenged. Jada is using 8lb weights, but you can go lighter or heavier, if necessary.
S01:E04 - 30 Min Full Body Ladder Style Workout
This full body ladder style workout consists of 3 rounds of exercises for 30, 50, & 70 seconds per exercise. Work every major muscle group with a challenging series of exercises.

This is a full body strength and cardio workout with a single dumbbell. Go with a medium size dumbbell that feels challenging, yet sustainable throughout the routine.
S01:E10 - 30 Min Full Body Super Set Workout
This full body super set workout comes with a bonus fire round to help speed up fat loss. Sculpt & strengthen from head to toe as you sweat it out.
S01:E11 - 30 Min Total Body Cardio With Light Dumbbells
This is a 30 min total body cardio routine with light dumbbells. Mandee is using 2 lb weights. You can go a bit heavier, but we recommend staying in the single digits.
S01:E12 - 45 Min Total Body Strength, Cardio & Core Workout
