Yan-hiu takes a statement from Sing-him.

Sum-yuet wants to sentimentalize the issues as she hopes to save her marriage to Ho-yin.

Sum-yuet is so upset that she hallucinates.

Sum-yuet realizes Chi-kiu and Sum-yuet are getting closer and closer to each other, so she slyly causes Chi-kiu to run into Emma as she hopes to make Chi-kiu stay away from Yan-hiu.

Yat-fung somehow recalls some black-clad guy entered and left Siu-tin's home, so Hei-yee pretends to be drunk and approaches that particular person to gather evidence.

Mei-lam is revived, but she suffers a stroke and is paralyzed.

Chi-kiu rushes to the scene and fearlessly saves Hei-yee.

Chi-kiu tells Hei-yee the investigation findings. The duo go to the hospital to ask Mei-lam about the falling down the stairs incident.

Chi-kiu holds the "incriminating evidence" in his hand and hopes Sum-yuet reveals the truth.

Sum-yuet goes with Siu-tin to catch Chi-kiu. While they scuffle, Chi-kiu is shot.
