S01:E01 - Vitamin A
The clip begins with a rabbit eating carrots which contain vitamin A. Other foods which also contain V-A appear later on. The benefits to health resulting from V-A are explained to the audience. It closes with a food chart.

S01:E02 - Vitamin B1
In this episode an elephant finds a peanut that has been hidden in one of three buckets. The peanuts contain Vitamin B1. Other foods with V-B1 also featured. Benefits for health are explained. It closes with a food chart.

S01:E03 - Vitamin B2
Cats drink milk. Milk, eggs and other food items which contain V-B2 strengthen bones and nails, improve your general attitude and cheer you up.

S01:E04 - Vitamin B3
Some sorts of fish and milk products, as well as peanuts, pepper, tomato, melon, meat and eggs are very rich in V-B3. They protect sensitive skin, strengthen your stomach and awake the genius in you. Dolphins eat lots of fish and they are therefore strong and cheerful!

S01:E05 - Vitamin B5
Giraffes grow huge. This is because they are vegetarian. Vegetables, meat, walnuts, almonds, fruit, egg yoke, cereals and milk products contain V-B5. These food items help you get bigger and cheerful.

S01:E06 - Vitamin B6
Seals have a strong immune system because they eat codfish. Vitamin B6 can be found in cod, chicken, cheese, eggs, potatoes, nuts, sardines, tuna and avocados. V-B6 helps in the formation of red globules to grow strong and healthy.

S01:E07 - Vitamin B8
Monkeys never lose hair because they eat fruit. Walnuts, fruit, tomatoes, green beans, rice, eggs and peanuts contain V-B8 which makes hair grow strong and prevents skin rushes.

S01:E08 - Vitamin B9
Turtles eat vegetables in order to build a strong immune system. Vegetables contain lots of V-B9, also to be found in mushrooms, tomatoes, soya beans, oranges, avocadoes, rice, beans, eggs and cereals. V-B9 makes us strong against illnesses.

S01:E09 - Vitamin B12
Dogs have a great memory because they eat meat which, along with chicken, fish, eggs and milk products, they contain V-B12 to help us keep a good memory and strong bones.

S01:E10 - Vitamin C
The penguin in this episode has a cold because he cannot find any fruit where he lives. Strawberries, kiwis, oranges, melon, tomato, pepper, cauliflower and green beans contain Vitamin C to prevent you from catching colds or having healthy teeth.

S01:E11 - Vitamin D
What do sharks eat in order to have such strong and healthy teeth? They eat lots of tuna and blue fish where he will find Vitamin D. Also eggs, milk products and sun-bathing will provide us with Vitamin D so that we can have strong teeth and bones.

S01:E12 - Vitamin E
Koalas sleep a lot because they do not eat spinach. Spinach, asparagus, egg yoke, avocadoes, sweet potatoes, oil, soya, nuts and popcorn contain V-E and provide us with vitality.

S01:E13 - Vitamin K
When lizards lose their tails, they quickly get new ones: this is because they eat vegetables which along with potatoes, carrots, fruit, bread and cereals, contain lots of V-K to help scarves and wounds cure fast.

S01:E14 - Calcium
Cheese makes mice strong because it contains Calcium, also found in milk, yogurt, sardines, parsley, vegetables and nuts. Calcium strengthens our bones, teeth and protects our skin from diseases.

S01:E15 - Cobalt
Kangaroos can jump and run so quickly simply because their diet is based on fruit, lentils, fish, meat, onion, eggs and milk products, which contain Cobalt. This mineral keeps nerves and tendons healthy.

S01:E16 - Copper
Lions’ teeth are strong because they eat meat which contains Copper. It can also be found in beans, lentils, chickpeas, fish, shellfish, cereals, nuts, eggs and raisins. Copper regulates our body and grows our teeth strong.

S01:E17 - Iron
A wolf tirelessly chases his prey. This is because he eats a lot of meat, which contains iron. Other foods with Iron featured and their benefits being explained. The episode is closed with a food chart.

S01:E18 - Fluorine
Fluorine can be found in toothpaste, fish, carrots, parsley, peaches and grapes. Fluorine makes our teeth strong, like those of the seals. These animals live in the water where Fluorine can also be found.

S01:E19 - Phosphor
Otters eat fish which is the reason why they are so good hunters. Fish, shrimp, eggs, yogurt, cereals, nuts and meat contain phosphorus which protects teeth and provides us with lots of energy.

S01:E20 - Iodine
Kangaroos can jump and run so quickly simply because their diet is based on fruit, lentils, fish, meat, onion, eggs and milk products, which contain Cobalt. This mineral keeps nerves and tendons healthy.

S01:E21 - Magnesium
Lions’ teeth are strong because they eat meat which contains Copper. It can also be found in beans, lentils, chickpeas, fish, shellfish, cereals, nuts, eggs and raisins. Copper regulates our body and grows our teeth strong.

S01:E22 - Manganese
Fluorine can be found in toothpaste, fish, carrots, parsley, peaches and grapes. Fluorine makes our teeth strong, like those of the seals. These animals live in the water where Fluorine can also be found.

S01:E23 - Potassium

Fruit, fish, cereals, eggs, vegetables and nuts have a lot of Manganese. This mineral is influences the health of our bones and helps wound cure. Ostriches, for example, eat lots of fruit.

S01:E27 - Chromium
Potassium is in bananas, green vegetables, apples, potatoes, lentils and avocadoes. It strengthens the heart and provides us with energy. Monkeys are full of energy because they love bananas.

S01:E28 - Silicium
Whales are the protagonist animals in this episode. Meat, fish, wholemeal cereals, milk products, onions, walnuts and tomatoes contain the mineral Selenium, which gives us strength.

S01:E29 - Chlorine
Bears can maintain their balance when they are fishing because they eat fish, and fish contains Sodium and makes muscles grow strong and regulates our body’s inner balance. Salt, cheese, bread, meat and sausages have Sodium.

S01:E30 - Sulfur
Fish can grow up to 1000 times its size, and only because they eat shellfish. Fish, salt, shellfish, milk products and vegetables contain Iodine, a very important mineral for our health.

S01:E31 - Molybdenum
Toucans have long beaks because they eat sunflower seeds which, like peanuts, beans, cheese, eggs, meat and shellfish, contain Zinc and facilitate good health.

S01:E32 - Milk
Do you know why colts can walk right after they are born? Well that’s easy, because they drink lots and lots of milk from their mummies.

S01:E33 - Egg
Here is a little riddle for you: What’s white on the surface yellow inside, it’s a box that opens and never closes and its owner is the hen? Can you tell me what it is? Exactly, it’s the egg.

S01:E34 - Banana
Have you ever seen a flying monkey? I have, a Tail Monkey. Tail Monkeys are great trapeze artist that jumps from one branch to another thanks to their long legs and arms and guess what? He eats lots of bananas.

S01:E35 - Crustacean
Do you now why flamingos are pink? Easy, flamingos get their pink colour from their favourite food: shellfish, and especially from Shrimp!

S01:E36 - Corn
Here’s a riddle: He's got a crown he's not a king, and wear spurs and is not a knight; he always sings at dawn, waking us from our sleep. Riddle, diddle, what animal is it? Very good, the rooster!

S01:E37 - Pulse / Beans / Lentils
Do you know why they call the bear the master of the forest? Because he is strong and powerful? And what makes him like? Eating lots of pulses.

S01:E38 - Lettuce
Do you know which is the tallest animal in the animal kingdom? You're right, the giraffe.

S01:E39 - Meat
Do you know the fastest animal on earth? The Cheetah! It's a fast as a car, and can chase and hunt down the fastest pray, because he eats lots of meat. We eat red meat such as veal, lamb, pork, horse, boar or reindeer,... all they are mammals.

S01:E40 - Carrot
Have you ever seen how a hare jumps every time it gets chased? It’s as agile as a dog. And that’s because he eats lots of carrots.

S01:E41 - Citrus Fruits
I bet you don’t know which animal is the one that can carry the heaviest weights on its back and never complains? It’s the good hearted donkey.

S01:E42 - Rice
This is the stained rabbit. Back it its own country they call it “the athlete”. Do you know why? Because it’s able to run and jump very long distances without getting tired

S01:E43 - White Fish
Do you know why cats can jump from high above without hurting themselves? And why they are so fast and agile? Very easy! Because it eats lots of fish! That is why they say a cat has seven lives.

What little animal builds a house out of an apple and plays hide and seek under the ground? You’re right! The worm! Worms love apples because they know they are very healthy and nutritious.

Today, I’ll do a magic trick for you: I’ll take a glass of milk and turn it up side down. Abra Cadabra! The milk doesn’t fall out!

Do you know why no one can catch the squirrel? The squirrel is capable of climbing the last branch on the tree, that’s how it escapes from its enemies. And that is because it has nuts for breakfast, lunch and supper. They love nuts!

Do you know why a Guinea Pig is so scared of catching a cold? Because it’s body doesn’t produce or assimilate vitamin C. That is the reason why they eat so many green vegetables, such as green beans, all day.

I bet you don’t know which animal is capable of smelling its enemy at more than 100 meters? Great, the wild boar! This strong animal has very acute senses of taste, hearing and smelling and this is because it eats Tubers.

Do you know which animal is a great acrobatic and doesn’t work at the circus? And which is the most intelligent and it’s not the human being? You got it, it’s the dolphin!

S01:E50 - Spices & Seasoning
Do you know which food ingredient the human being would go around the world, for just like birds do, searching for their food? You’re right, spices and seasonings.

Have you ever seen an octopus with pliers? Of course not, because the octopus has eight very powerful tentacles to catch fish to open the hard shells of clams. The Octopus loves feast on molluscs.

It’s not a plane… it’s not a bird… So, what’s the thing that runs so fast? It’s a beetle! That’s it, it’s the tiger beetle, it’s the fastest animal on the planet. It can run up to 171 times its own length in one second!

Do you know why sparrows always look happy and full of energy? Well that’s easy, because they love to peck on cherries and plumbs, their favourite fruits.

Now let’s try your skill: Have you ever tried slicing milk into dice or tried grating it? It seems impossible, right? Well if you extract the water in the milk you will get tasty cheese.

I bet you don’t know why they Iguana never need to see a doctor? That’s because he’s never ill. And you know why? Because it eats lots and lots of mangos.

Do you know why the marten doesn’t need ropes to climb a tree? Easy, he is so agile he can spend all day climbing the steepest mountains without getting tired.

Do you know why the panda bear, even though it hangs from trees for hours, never has cramps? Very good! Panda bears never have cramps because they eat lots and lots of Soya.

S01:E58 - Cauliflower / Broccoli
Guess what animal pulls carts without getting tired? You’re right! The Ox! A very strong and potent hard working animal.

S01:E59 - Animal Fat
Do you know which is the animal less sensitive to cold on the planet? You’re right! The seal, and that’s because its body is covered by a layer of fat which protects him from the lowest temperatures.

S01:E60 - Cucumber
Do you know why tortoises can live up to one hundred years? The tortoise is one of the most durable animals on the planet, capable of encasing any accident, thanks to its shell and the hard skin that protects it.

S01:E61 - Peach
Here’s a riddle. Guess this, what animal can live one hundred years and talks like a chatterbox? That’s great! The grey parrot! This type of parrot can live lots of years because it eats lots of peaches, its favourite treat.

S01:E62 - Cereals
Did you know an ant can lift more that 50 times its own wait? Well it’s true, it’s so “small” and so “strong” because it loves the sweet flavour of cookies and the cereals in the cookies.

S01:E63 - Beetroot / Radish
Did you know badgers build great underground tunnels? They are tireless workers and are rarely ill. Do you know why? Because Badgers eat roots they find when they dig underground and specially beetroot and radish.

S01:E64 - Tomato
Here's a riddle, ¿Which animal turns into a ball whenever he gets attacked and defends himself with a thousand spines? You’re right! The hedgehog. These little animals survive their predators thanks to the strength of their hair, spines in fact.

S01:E65 - Grape
Here's a riddle, he is shrewd and not human, looks like a dog, though he is not man's best friend, which animal is it? You're right, the fox! Foxes are not only very clever, but also very resistant to illness.

Did you know that not all big animals on earth eat meat? That’s right, the hippopotamus, so big and fearsome, is herbivorous, that’s, it only eats vegetables, such as the celery. So you get the idea, a hippopotamus eats 80 kgrs of vegetables a day and hates meat.

How can a tiny bird like the Starling travel so many miles from the south to the north of Europe? Because he eats olives, and stores the fat they contain and that gives him the energy for the journey. We also need fat to have energy, it’s our fuel.

S01:E79 - Water
Here's a riddle, which animal gets its food in the water and can’t live without it? You're right! Fish! Water is essential to fish and they can’t live outside it. Though water is also essential to all animalise without water. Water forms part of our oceans, rivers and lagoons. Water feeds us, gives us health and cleans us.

What animal carries his house wherever he goes? You right! The snail. Snails use their shell as their home and to protect themselves from other animals. Snails love to live in vegetable gardens eating rich and nutritious greens, such as the aubergine. Do you know why the toucan has an enormous beak in the shape of a pair of scissors? Very simple, because with his enormous beak he can slice his favourite fruits: the melon and the watermelon. Melon and watermelons grow on the ground. They’re both large summer fruits.

Do you know which animal is capable of smelling chocolate miles away? That's it, the dog. Dog's love chocolate, but be careful, because chocolate is poisonous for most animals, including dogs. On the other hand chocolate is a very nutritious food for us humans.

Did you know that the ladybug is the vegetable garden’s best friend? Besides being pretty and friendly, ladybug eat other bugs that harm vegetables like the artichoke; so ladybirds have become farmers best friends, which they use to protect their harvests.

S01:E85 - Share (Toys, Food)
Have you ever seen how bees behave inside their honeycomb? They all work for their family, bring pollen to turn it into honey for the larva, other watch out for intruders and they all collaborate in the feeding of their colleagues. In any case they all maintain the honeycomb and share tasks, specially the food.

S01:E86 - Eating on Your Own
If you look at the chicks a few hours after breaking out of their shell they will soon begin to eat on their own. They imitate their mummy's behaviour, they peck the ground to feed themselves while their mummy shows them what they can eat and what they can’t.

S01:E87 - Eating Well
Have you ever seen how a dog eats? Have you noticed that he only lifts his heat when the plate with the food is empty? He is not hungry because he eats every day. Dogs like all the other animals praise the food they eat, they don’t play of it.

Have you ever seen a pelican eat? Have you seen its throat? Pelicans are capable of filling their mouths with lots of fish, which they swallow little by little, but they never sing while doing this otherwise they'd choke. What's more it’s useless to sing with their mouth full because nobody would understand the lyrics anyway.

Do you know how many times a day a cat washes? 1, 2, 4 or more? Cats wash their face and paws every time they eat, when they wake up in the morning and before they go to sleep. They hate having their faces or pawns dirty.

S01:E90 - Keeping Its Room Tidy
Have you ever noticed how birds keep their nests nice and clean? Every day the bird cleans the fallen feathers, food and waste out of the nest. This way the nest is always clean and tidy so that the chicks can play while they wait for the daddy and mummy to bring the food.

S01:E91 - School – Tidiness
Ants form families of 10.000 brothers. They all live in the same ant hill, but as they are very tidy they have no space or organization problems. Some go looking for food, other clean the ant hill, whilst others take care of the larvae that are about to hatch, and store the seeds that come in.

S01:E92 - Sharing – Collaborating
Have you ever seen the rhinoceros friend, the one it carries on his shoulder? No, it’s not another rhinoceros... it’s a bird!!!! How can such different animals be close friends?

S01:E93 - Being Prudent on the Street
Have you ever noticed how ducklings follow their mummy? If you watch a duck family when they go on a walk, you'll see all the ducklings following behind their mummy, and stay in lone.

S01:E94 - 94. Behaving in the Car
Baby Kangaroos also known as Joey's travel easily inside their mummy's pouches, though they must be careful! They mustn’t move too much and must hold on tight because with their mummy's hops they could easily fall off.

S01:E95 - Behaving on a Trip
Have you seen looked up in the sky in the fall? Some birds migrate like wild ducks that know they have to cover long distances form groups with a group leader leading the way. The leader has already spent other winters in warm places and the rest follow him because he knows the way.

S01:E96 - Respect the Environment / Recycle
Have you ever seen what the Dung Bettle does with elephant dang it finds in the savannah? He spends all day long pushing and burying balls and by doing this it cleans the paths and fields of the African savannah. They feed from these balls and also they use these balls to hatch their babies inside.

S01:E97 - Listening to Others
Have you ever seen how brown bear cubs behave? Brown bear cubs are left alone in the cave when their mummy goes looking for food. They have no one to take care of them while their mummy is away, but that doesn’t bother them, because they play and entertain themselves, following mummy’s instructions and never run out of the cave.

S01:E98 - Respect Opinions
Savannah Elephants live in big families. The father, several mothers, kids, cousins and even grand children, they all travel together looking for water. And how do they find it? Well, they follow the oldest mother, because she is the most experienced and knows the way. She knows where to find water and the rest respect her opinion and follow her.

S01:E99 - Display Affection
Have you ever seen a monkey on his own? Bet you haven’t. Monkeys always live big groups, with their parents, grandparents, uncles, brothers and cousins. These families form very large groups, and they do lots of things together, like taking care of the babies, de-bugging each other, combing their hair, that’s how they show affection.

S01:E100 - Share New Discoveries
Have you ever seen what the lioness does with her cubs begin to grow? She teaches them to hunt, she hunts first so they learn to select the best prey and also teaches them to share the food between them. Lion Cubs learn from their parents and share their new discoveries with their companions, brothers and friends.

S01:E101 - Accept Differences
One gorilla..... 2 gorillas,.....3 gorillas.., are they the same? Yes? No, they're not the same, they're different. What if they are different? Nothing, they different but they're also the same.

S01:E102 - Find an Agreement (Communication)
How would schools of finish manage if they didn’t agree where to go? They would probably bump into each other going nowhere. Fish, have a special code when they travel in schools by which they agree what direction to take.

S01:E103 - Helping Less Fortunates
Did you know that dolphins are not fish? Dolphins are mammals like us and are born from their mummy’s tummy. But when they are so small they must be helped by their brothers to get to the surface to breath. And what about you?

S01:E104 - Equality of Duties
Every spring Penguins travel to a particular area in Antarctica to hatch their eggs. Once they build the nest, the father and mother take it in turns to hatch their eggs. When the chick penguin breaks out of his egg they both and take in turns to feed him and protect him from the cold.
