10 Day Fat Burning Barre Blend
This collection of workouts will give you a head to toe transformation! Equipment is optional, but there are plenty of options for those who want to utilize them. A combination of abs, lower body, cardio, barre, and dumbbell exercises will sculpt your entire body, help you burn fat, and improve your overall fitness. Optional weights, band and chair can be used, but bodyweight is quite effective

S01:E01 - 30 Min No Equipment Full Body Barre Workout
This full body barre inspired routine requires no equipment to give you a thorough total body workout! Sculpt a slimmer, stronger figure as you burn fat from head to toe!
S01:E02 - 20 Min Barre Style Cardio Routine
This cardio focused, barre inspired workout consists of big, non-stop movements to help you burn fat and sculpt lean muscle. It's a short and effective full body workout, guaranteed to give you a great sweat and burn.
S01:E03 - 40 Min Barre Inspired Routine With Weights & Cardio Bursts
This super sweaty barre inspired routine contains 5 blocks of exercises. Within each block is 5 different exercises, most of them are barre inspired with a cardio push.
S01:E04 - 20 Min Barre Style Abs Workout
This short but effective barre abs focused class will take you through a series of sculpting and strengthening exercises to help develop a tighter looking midsection and strong core.
S01:E05 - 30 Min Full Body Barre With Optional Weights
This full body barre routine utilizes light weights for thorough total body sculpting. The weights are optional, but if you choose to use them, stick to 3-5 lbs.
S01:E06 - 15 Min Standing Glutes Routine
This super quick and super effective glutes workout utilizes a band and standing exercises to transform your lower body. The band is optional - you'll still get a great burn without any equipment.
S01:E07 - 45 Min No Equipment Barre Inspired Routine
This no equipment barre inspired routine contains standing and floor exercises to help develop a toned and trim figure.
S01:E08 - 55 Min Barre Workout With Weights & Chair
This is a traditional full body barre routine with no jumping. You'll need a set of light weights (3 lbs) and a chair for balance. You can also use a wall, body bar, or anything that will help you with balancing.
S01:E09 - 30 Min No Equipment Barre Inspired Fat Loss Workout
This quick barre inspired HIIT routine requires no equipment - just a positive attitude and a desire to get real sweaty! If you like barre movements, but want an extra burst of fat loss, you've come to the right place. The workout has six blocks with 4 exercises within each block. You'll do each block 2 times. The exercises consist of barre style movements and a cardio finisher.
S01:E10 - 30 Min Full Body Stretch
This yoga barre stretching class is a perfect way to end our barre series with Jen Brown! It's also great for those days when your body needs a little extra love. Achieve a more relaxed body and mind by relieving tension and recovering sore muscles.
