Paul takes a trip on Ireland's only cable car to Dursey Island in County Cork. Cooking some fantastic dishes, including one on the cable car and an incredible lobster dish.

Visiting a small local smoker/artisan producer, Paul creates a range of smoked meats and cooks a stunning dish on the grounds of a private castle that has never been filmed before.
