S01:E01 - Colonel Style Chicken
We’ve got a meal fit for a Colonel. Make a baked version of Fried Chicken with some tasty herbs and spices that taste awfully familiar. Roast a side of Sweet Butternut Squash like Nicki’s Mom used to make with Old Fashioned Mayonnaise Biscuits and Homemade Cheesy Creamed Spinach for a full meal.
S01:E02 - Pizza, Fish, and Grandbabies
We’re heading to Stanford to taste some made from scratch pizza (with a dough recipe from Italy!). Then it’s back to the kitchen with Chino to bake some parmesan crusted fish. Go fishing with the Grandbabies for Walleye and Sauger and have the vet come out to check on Maybelle’s feet.
