Joel wrecks an 18-wheeler during a winter build in Ontario, Beat and André sell a thousand year old tree to an eccentric Arkansas millionaire, and Peter pushes Bryan Jr. to the breaking point in a fight for new equipment.
S01:E02 - Gone Fishing
Beat’s Arkansas house build is in trouble when delivery trucks arrive out of order, Bryan Jr. remodels a local bar for a penny-pinching friend, and Peter turns inventor to solve a work yard problem.
S01:E03 - Heir Apparent
Bryan Jr. takes his son to Missouri and they hope to assemble a house despite themselves, Beat builds a Western-style saloon for a meatball millionaire and his racecar-driving girlfriend, while Peter and Joel make a smelly bet.
S01:E04 - Hard Hat & Home
Beat delivers a home to a frugal client in Utah who wants to do everything for himself, André and Joel build competing chicken coop mansions, while André covets a magazine cover story.
S01:E05 - Jolly Ole Island
Joel assembles a millionaire’s retreat on a private island in England, Beat gets an emotional assignment, and Peter cannot take a vacation until he completes an HQ remodel for The Chief’s return.
S01:E06 - Peter in a Pickle
Peter goes to Scotland and discovers that his boss Bryan Sr. has followed, Beat and André face a client with buyer’s remorse, while Joel agrees to build an elaborate doghouse and birdhouse, all for a slice of cake.
S01:E07 - Wilderness Retreat
Joel builds an enormous house in the wilderness for a millionaire client he’s never met, Bryan Sr. promises to make log furniture and Beat must deliver, while Peter plays the role of a lifetime, all in the name of workplace safety.
S01:E08 - German Efficiency
Beat’s schedule is thrown by German customs and there’s only one way to catch up, Bryan Sr. takes Peter to the wilderness to harvest 200-foot trees, while Bryan Jr. wheels-and-deals free billboard space for his fishing lodge.
S01:E09 - Arkansas Shuffle
Beat sets logs in the pouring Arkansas rain for a client who orders renovations on the fly, a Catholic priest convinces Bryan Sr. and Peter to build a wedding gazebo for free, while André and Joel take a float plane to the island of Haida Gwaii on a mission to spend $500,000 on logs.
