AI cars are lined up at both ends of the road as a runaway AI car is running in between! Lisa, Lorna, and Souichi are in pursuit, but due to Lisa's carelessness, they are running late. A motorcycle rushes over to stop the runaway! The rider of the motorcycle, was also an éX-Driver, an éX-Rider!

As their luck would have it, a traffic jam occurs due to a runaway car. But this was no ordinary runaway car, it was unmanned and was running a mysterious program!

Todo, who used to work for Munakata, and his friends challenged the éX-Drivers! Lisa was provoked by their actions but got seriously injured. Furthermore, Lorna's car was severely damaged. With Lisa and Lorna unable to dispatch, Todo declares war on Munakata...?
