The awesome power of the wind can wipe away mans most massive efforts and magnificent creations. In an instant, lightning can strike lethal blows without warning or remorse. Rivers that give life can also destroy it in raging floods. Yet man will not go without a fight. The will to survive endures in a never-ending battle between man versus weather.
