Zita and her guide visit a restaurant, meet a goat cheese farmer, and taste some of the best olive oils in the region. Then it’s off to Sete, France for oysters and mussels.

Making and eating pasta and tasting wine in Lucca, Italy is not enough. Zita makes an additional stop, Barcelona. She tastes the unique to the traditional with her new friends.

A day in the historical town of Dubrovnik starts with some excellent fish, wine and cakes and then visiting some specialty shops. Zita has a home cooked backyard meal.

Zita enjoys a variety of truffles. Then, from Split, Croatia Zita meets a chef at his home in Kastel Gomlicka and is treated to some Croatian specialties and wine and spirits.

In the town of Catania, Zita visits a fish market, gets a taste of granita and feasts on some Catanian dishes. In Rome, Zita tries authentic street foods and gelato.
S03:E10 - Naples, Italy
It’s a fun time in Naples as Zita explores the backstreets with her culinary friend trying some of the best tastes of the city and of course, the incredible pizza.
S03:E11 - Kotor, Montenegro
In Kotor, Zita is taken to a small market and then to a restaurant on the bay. She enjoys some octopus and home made cherry liquer. Zita tells us the reasons she loves to cruise.
