Amp up your flow by understanding what it means to flow breath with movement. You'll get all the benefits of cardio, increasing muscle mass, and how to dive into brain training.

Some gentle movement and meditation. Most of the time, when we think about weight loss, we have these visions of having to work ourselves to exhaustion, and that's not true.

Physical activity increases circulation and releases endorphins to give you more stamina and energy. A habit of consistent physical exercise will strengthen your heart.

When you know you're short on time, focus on efficiency and intensity. Focus on the muscles of the metabolism (legs, glutes, chest) and incorporate intense bursts of work.

When we're stressed out, the discomfort of exercise can feel worse than it is. Essentially our fight or flight mode may be out of whack because our nervous system is on hyperdrive.

We cannot spot-tone our body. But we can examine our overall habits, and where our body tends to store fat.

Day 9 is all about the glutes and yoga is perfect for that. When you build large muscle groups like quads and glutes, you are increasing your metabolism and burning more fat.

Day 10 is all about detoxing, so a lot of twists and a lot of heat! Twists in yoga are super beneficial for digestion, toning the midsection, and having a healthy spine.

Upper body, chest, arms & back. Yoga does require upper body strength, and it can be a great way to get to know your upper body, build strength and get lean arms with definition.

Today's flow is a special yoga and HIIT combo. You're going to have the awesome toning benefits of yoga mixed with the high-intensity intervals for an amazing cardio workout.

Today's flow is a gentle one to reset your body after quite a few days of heavy work. We need to stretch out our joints, promote healthy muscles and balance our effort and ease.

You might notice how strong your body is getting, but you may also notice that the beginning gains are starting to taper off. This amped-up flow is exactly what you need.

This flow continues from the last one increasing the challenge with a balance flow. Balance is essential for any workout or yoga regimen so that you tone your legs.

You made it past the halfway point! To celebrate, you're going to learn how to tackle the really fun crow pose; an arm balance, that will tone and strengthen your upper body.

After yesterdays class, this one is a treat. Some relief for all those arm balances in your neck and shoulders. Feeling tight and tense in your shoulders is a common problem

Today's flow is all about backbends. All that shoulder opening you did is going to be tremendously helpful as you get into your backbends.

Endurance intervals! It's still high-intensity interval training, but your intervals are going to be 45 seconds long, and your rest portions will be 15 seconds. Yoga meets HIIT.

After yesterday's intense shoulder work, this video will help you open those shoulders, get great posture, and boost your hormones.
