This glutes and legs workout can be done with or without a stretch band, at home or the gym. These butt exercises will work every muscle in your lower body and help to lean out your legs, trim your thighs, and build a lifted, shapely butt. All you need is a pair of 3-10 lb. dumbbells and a stretch band. However, the workout is still effective without any equipment.
