Season 1 Episode 9 - 30 Minute Glutes Workout With Weights & Band
This glutes and legs workout can be done with or without a stretch band, at home or the gym. These butt exercises will work every muscle in your lower body and help to lean out your legs, trim your thighs, and build a lifted, shapely butt. All you need is a pair of 3-10 lb. dumbbells and a stretch band. However, the workout is still effective without any equipment.

S01:E01 - 30 Min Bodyweight Workout
Try this no equipment full body workout to sculpt your abs, arms, back, butt, chest, core, glutes, hips, legs, shoulders, thighs and more! Christine needs only 35 minutes to make you beg for mercy. This fat burning, total body routine will rock your body hard!
S01:E02 - 30 Min Full Body Workout With Weights
Adding resistance to your fitness regimen will help you become stronger & leaner! This is a fat burning, cross training routine that works your entire body. Grab a mat and a pair of 3-10 lb dumbbells, and get ready to sweat! For best results, use a pair of weights that make the last 2 reps challenging.
S01:E03 - 30 Min Weighted Bar Routine
This total body routine is great for toning up and shedding fat. You can use dumbbells or barbells, or even household items like water bottles and cans of food if you don't have a weighted bar. For best results, do this routine 3-4 times a week on non-consecutive days.
S01:E04 - 40 Min Core Yoga Workout
Are you tired of typical ab workouts? Well then, look no further because this is the routine for you! You will strengthen all your abdominal muscle groups and core, and develop a six pack while burning fat. Yoga inspired and abs & core focused, this abs workout will help you lose weight and center yourself. Remember that slouching makes your belly look bigger than it actually is and these moves will improve your posture, so ensure proper form and do the routine 3 times a week on non-consecutive days to see results within 4 weeks.
S01:E05 - 30 Min Resistance Band Workout
This challenging resistance band workout is great for home, gym and on the go exercise! Resistance bands are compact and light, which makes them perfect for working out anywhere, anytime. Sculpt your entire body and prepare to look and feel amazing! Pick a band that makes the last two reps of each exercise challenging. We recommend 15 lb. for most of these moves.
S01:E06 - 30 Min Total Body Workout With Weights
Christine's smart dumbbell moves combined with plyometric/cardio exercises target large muscle groups, maximize muscle engagement, and speed up fat loss. For best results, use a pair of weights that make the last 2 reps challenging.
S01:E07 - 30 Min Yoga Inspired Abs & Core Workout
Workout your abs and core, lose belly fat and gain strength with this yoga inspired routine! Abs and core exercises combined with yoga are designed to strengthen all your abdominal muscle groups. The number one thing we want to stress is that doing ab focused exercises alone is not going to get you the results you want. While targeting your abs is certainly important if you want a six pack, there's more to it than that. There's a reason people say "abs are created in the kitchen." Diet will make or break your goals. I'm sure you've noticed this before! Have you ever worked out for weeks and wondered why you're not losing much weight or toning up in the right places? The answer is almost certainly that your diet is not clean. If you want to see more definition in your abs, you have to cut down your body fat percentage. This means you have to burn more calories than you consume, and also choose the right foods to get the nutrients you need and fuel your body. This process will vary from person to person, but a general rule is to avoid processed foods, foods that are high in fat or sugar, and anything fried.
S01:E08 - 35 Min Dumbbell Full Body Workout
Are you prepared to be crying for mercy?! This challenging home workout will speed up your metabolism, burn fat, and sculpt your entire body. For best results, do this workout 3 times a week on non-consecutive days and increase reps as you become stronger.

S01:E10 - 23 Min Vinyasa Flow Yoga Hip Opener Stretch
This yoga practice aims to make happy hip muscles with proper action and yoga poses. These yoga poses target each of the four primary directions of hip movement with modifications for all fitness levels.
S01:E11 - 30 Min Interval Workout With Weights
In this advanced full body workout, Christine will guide you through classic dumbbell exercises, utilizing heavy and light weight with little to no rest, followed by cardio interval moves to keep your heart rate up. This is a high intensity interval routine that will help you burn fat and build lean muscle. You'll need two sets of dumbbells between 3-10 lb. Increase weight and reps as you become stronger.
S01:E12 - 10 Min Abs & Core Workout
This quick, effective ab workout contains a variety of exercises that will trim your waist, strengthen your core, and help avoid back problems by improving your posture.
S01:E13 - Abs and Butt Workout
Workout your on your abs, butt and thighs with Christine Khuri, LA's premier trainer. Whether you are just starting out or are well on your way, do this routine for your best butt & abs.
S01:E14 - 35 Min Full Body Workout With Weights & Optional Bar
In this full body workout with weights, you'll do 28 moves to build and tone your entire body. The bar is for balancing and can be substituted with a chair. For best results, use a pair of weights that make the last 2 reps challenging.
S01:E15 - 27 Min Vinyasa Flow Yoga Poses to Ease and Stretch the Body
This vinyasa flow routine is geared towards beginner to intermediate and will help stretch your body, and ease your mind. This is a perfect routine to end the day with, or practice anytime during the day to recharge.
