In this advanced full body workout, Christine will guide you through classic dumbbell exercises, utilizing heavy and light weight with little to no rest, followed by cardio interval moves to keep your heart rate up. This is a high intensity interval routine that will help you burn fat and build lean muscle. You'll need two sets of dumbbells between 3-10 lb. Increase weight and reps as you become stronger.
