This is a 10 min stretch routine for muscle recovery, releasing tension, and de-stressing your body/mind. Jada also shares a bit about her journey into the fitness world. Please make sure to do a simple 5-10 min warm up, such as a brisk walk, light jog, or a few jumping jacks prior to this stretch. It's important to loosen up muscles & get your blood flowing, as stretching cold muscles may cause injury. You can do this routine on its own, or as part of our 28 day series.
