This full body routine consists of 22 unique exercises, a warm up, & a cool down. You only need a pair of dumbbells & no jumping is involved, so you can do it anywhere!
S01:E05 - 30 Min No Equipment Abs, Glutes & Cardio Routine
This 30 min routine consists of 7 rounds with 3 exercises each, focusing on lower body, core, and cardio. A 5 min warm up and 3 min cool down is also included.
S01:E06 - 30 Min Strength Routine With Cardio Bursts
This equipment free workout consists of 7 rounds of exercises focusing on the lower body, core, and cardio. A warm up and cool down is included.
S01:E07 - 30 Min Full Body Strength Workout With Dumbbells
This full body routine focuses on 45 second strength exercises with 15 seconds of rest in between. A warm up and cool down is included.
S01:E08 - 25 Min Jump Rope Cardio Workout

S01:E09 - 25 Min Tabata Strength Routine With Dumbbells
In this Tabata style strength workout, each exercise will be 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between. Use whatever weight works for your level of fitness.
