This 40 min pilates routine includes a 2 minute warm up and cool down, giving you a thorough full body workout. Build a leaner, toned lower body, and a stronger core with a set of challenging pilates exercises. You’ll finish off the routine with a brief dumbbell segment. You can skip the weights if you don’t want to use them or have them handy. Otherwise, choose a light pair, between 1-3 lbs.
