20 minutes of interval training to give you maximum results in less time. You'll do 3 different exercises for 30 seconds each with 30 seconds of rest in between. Then you'll repeat the circuit a second time. Go as hard as you can in those 30 seconds to challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level.
