In this workout, you will burn more calories in less time while toning and sculpting your entire body. The routine starts off with a warm up, followed by 8 strength training exercises done for a count of 8 in a downward motion & static hold, and finishes off with a cool down. It’s a slow paced routine that you can do every day. Use a set of weights that is 50-60% lighter than what you would normally use. The goal here is to choose consistency over intensity for long lasting results.
