S01:E01 - 60 Min Low Impact Cardio Workout
Burn major calories and tone your entire body with this killer 60 min routine! 55 minutes of heart pumping cardio followed by 5 minutes of sculpting and strengthening exercises for the abs and core.
S01:E02 - Full Body Dumbbell Workout
This is a total body strength workout designed to save you time while giving you maximum results. You will burn more calories in less time while toning and sculpting your entire body. The routine starts off with a warm up, followed by 8 strength training exercises for a count of 8 in a downward motion & static hold, and finishes off with a cool down. It’s a slow paced routine that you can do every day. Use a set of weights that is 50-60% lighter than what you would normally use. The goal here is to choose consistency over intensity for long lasting results.
S01:E03 - 10 Min Intense Cardio Workout
Burn fat and sweat it out no matter where you are! This intense, no equipment cardio routine is perfect for busy days. Have fun and burn calories with these high energy exercises.
S01:E04 - 40 Min Legs Workout With Weights & Band
Take your booty burn to the next level by incorporating weights and a band! If you don't have one or the other - no worries - this routine is still challenging and effective. You'll work every inch of your glutes, legs, and thighs in this ultimate lower body workout.
S01:E05 - 15 Min Abs Workout
Try this 15 minutes abs workout to target every muscle in your abdominal wall. Challenge your core from every angle and become stronger in everything you do. If you've always wanted a sleek, toned, sexy stomach, then this is the workout for you!
S01:E06 - 30 Min Full Body Cardio Trampoline Workout
A 30 minute cardio and strength workout that will help you burn major calories and tone up with fun, high energy exercises. Trampoline exercise is a great way to improve balance and coordination, and is a lower impact cardio workout. This routine can also be done without a trampoline.
S01:E07 - 15 Min No Equipment Butt Workout
Super effective butt workout you can do at home to get the butt you always wanted. Not a single piece of equipment is needed. However, to protect your knees, we recommend using a properly padded mat. Do this routine 2-3 times a week and you'll be more than satisfied with the results. Build the most toned, trim, and lifted behind you've ever had in your life!
S01:E08 - 30 Min HIIT Trampoline Workout
30 minutes of pure non-stop cardio with 3 moves, done 3 times before moving on to the next exercise. Trampoline exercise is a great way to improve balance and coordination, and is a lower impact cardio workout. This routine can also be done without a trampoline.
S01:E09 - 25 Min Intense Glutes Workout With Weights
This intense lower body workout will target every inch of your lower body to help develop leaner legs, trimmer thighs, and a shapely behind. You'll only need 1 weight between 2-5 lbs. If you don't have or want weights, you're in luck - this routine is highly challenging and effective without equipment as well.
S01:E10 - 15 Min No Momentum Dumbbell Workout
This no momentum full body dumbbell workout will help you see results quicker. In this workout, you'll be doing 8 exercises for 8 repetitions, for a count of 8 in a downward motion or a static hold. The goal of exercise is to break down your body in order to trigger your body's rebuilding mechanism. You can achieve that by lowering lighter weights slowly. Select a set of weights that are 50-60 percent lighter than those you would normally choose.
S01:E11 - 25 Min Yoga Workout - Squaring Into Splits
Square your hips, deeply open the front and back of your legs, and make your way into splits with this stretch routine. You’ll focus on opening up the lower body and improving flexibility with a series of stretch exercises.
S01:E12 - 20 Min Inner and Outer Thighs Workout
Workout the inner and outer thighs with these awesome lower body exercises. The inner and outer thighs can be a frustrating problem area for women. Although the best exercises differ for everybody, you can tone up thighs with specific exercises as part of an overall fitness routine. The key is to stay consistent with your workouts and do a combination of cardio for fat loss with strength training.
S01:E13 - 30 Min Trampoline Workout
If you're tired of the same old workouts that require high impact moves, or you just want to have more fun while you sweat, trampoline workouts are the way to go. Trampoline exercise, also called rebounding, is almost 70 percent more effective in fitness training than jogging on a track for the same amount of time according to a 2006 NASA research. This routine can also be done without a trampoline.
S01:E14 - 30 Min HIIT Workout With Weights
Fat burning HIIT exercises and strength training come together to create a brutal but fun total body sculpt and sweat session.
